1. Order acceptance
Your place at class will not be confirmed until we receive full payment. We will however, hold your place in any class for 7 days, to allow you time to make the payment. We will endeavor to contact you via e-mail and telephone before we give your place to another student. When payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirming your place. Until this time, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any order and make a full refund using the same method of payment that was originally made.
2. Refunds & Guarantees
2.1 Money back guarantee
Customers are entitled to a full refund (less a £10 administration fee) if we are notified at least 7 days before the half term class start date. Refund will be made in the same method as originally used by the customer. Please note a non-refundable administration fee of £10 will be deducted from any refund.
2.2 Booking Cancellations
After the start date of the class, the customer may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the remaining money paid for class, at our discretion. Any part of a class that is to be delivered less than 5 days after receiving the request for refund will not be refunded. A non-refundable administration charge of £10 will be deducted from any refund.
2.3 Cancellation of Class
If a class has less than 15 participants signed on at the start of a half term, we reserve the right to cancel and refund all monies paid for the class. We will inform all members with as much notice as possible and offer alternative classes where possible.
3. Billing
3.1 Payment schedules
The customer agrees to provide payment for the class(es) before commencement of the half term class period.
3.2 Bank charges
Customers are responsible for the provision of sufficient funds in their account. Street Styles 4 All is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of overdrawing of the bank account or credit card or as a result of failed transactions.
4. Payment Security
4.1 Processing your Payments
All online purchases are carried out by a third party payment processor with the highest security in place. We never have access to your sensitive payment details and we do not store it in any way, shape or form. Our secure payments are currently handled by PayPal UK, www.paypal.co.uk/uk.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1 Contact Information
The customer is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date. Please email us on info@streetstyles4all.co.uk with any amendments. We cannot be held responsible for communication mix-ups as a direct result of the customer's failure to update their details.
6. Supervision & Delivery of service
6.1 We cannot be held responsible for any class member outside of the specified class times. For anyone under 18, it is their parent or guardians', responsibility to ensure their safety outside of these times.
6.2 We reserve the right to reschedule the time, date or location of a class or. If this happens we will announce the change via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check their e-mail in order to keep informed of any changes.
7. General
7.1. By booking onto a class you are certifying that you are fit to undertake exercise. Class members must advise staff of any health issues when booking a class.
7.2 Customers accept responsibility for their state of health and physical condition while the class is being delivered.
7.3 Customers behaviour whilst the class is being delivered must not constitute a security or safety hazard to themselves or others.
7.4 Our liability for damage or loss to Customers' property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of the negligence of us or our staff.
7.5 We reserve the right to terminate membership.
8. Modification
8.1 We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify these Terms and Conditions, our class, products, prices and website at any time

9. Code of Conduct
- To be punctual to all training/rehearsals/performances
- To respect the teacher and any other member.
- To have fun but to make sure this doesn’t interfere with the teaching/learning of the class.
- To always try to push yourself to new levels of ability, but to NOT do anything that is dangerous and could cause harm to yourself or others e.g. doing any difficult move that you don’t know how to do without supervision or consultation from the teacher.
- To understand that if you regularly miss training then you may lose out on performances, demo/grading etc opportunities.
- To progress in dance!
